imgur.com/cV3agKYHello, I have this crazy white outer frame it looks like that shows on my black frame I made. Does anyone know why this could be happening here? This is my first time making my own mesh and right now this is the issue I am facing.

Can you share the package so others can take a look at it? Could be misaligned UV, have you check the diffuse texture is place inside the UV border?

Ok sure no problem. I have included it in my google drive. I checked the UV and everything is aligned I used ctrl P to reorganize it when I did it so everything seems good. I went back in and tried to realign my image. I don't see the image I was having before idk. But if you don't mind checking for any errors you see I would really appreciate it thank you. drive.google.com/file/d/1c9YTG1BZ_BnJ-fpK-6rZp-Md8Llk08lF/view?usp=sharing

I tested your item ingame & don't see any texture leaking. Did you share the correct package?
You need to optimize your mesh. 6000 poly for a simple frame is way too much, around 200 poly should be enough for that. Check maxis picture frame & compare how many poly they use. You can remove doubles to remove any overlapping vertices, the corners of your mesh is not connected. After your done reducing the polygon, split the edges where you want the object to have hard edge. You can also optimized the uv by reducing empty spaces, check maxis object to see how they arrange their uv.
Next, the shadow plane object needs to be scaled bigger than the frame. Again, check maxis object to see how it's positioned.
