I've never had this issue before. The mesh looks fine in Sims4Studio and Blender but in game the wrinkles look angular and sharp. Help please! I have already tried edge splitting.

We would need to see the blend file, but the most likely cause is Edge split modifier. It does not work well with organic shapes like this So remove doubles and split only sharp edges manually
