During the CC tags editing, I noticed the annoying behavior of a S4S.
I have my scroll in a fixed position to change the price & add tags easily,
but when I click somewhere outside the tag or checkbox, it instantly scrolls down and I can't see the price.
Also, the problem is that I can't scroll up in the sidebar area with my mouse wheel,
I should move the mouse left to the scroll bar and move it up manually,
or use the mouse wheel only in that area. That really looks like a bug.
