[MOD REQUEST] Animal Crossing Headhacks(?)

Hello Simmers! First time using this thing sorry.

But I'm requesting a sort of Headhack mod, I'm not really sure how they work but modders get custom heads on Sims, and they even can talk and stuff,  they're usually stored in Face Details but to get to the point.

I think it would be interesting if a few Animal Crossing species got these types of things, because there are a few species where their mouths aren't linked to their speaking texture, so I thought it would be cool if they got their own headhacks, preferable spanning across all age ranges in the game. (minus infants because I don't believe anybody has done such a thing for them yet and they're fairly new.)
