Hi. The first link does not work
I dont really see anything wrong with the mesh ( beside unsplit edges ), so would need to see the image of the problem

You need to edit textures. Share the package file with them

as in, close the gap between the dress and the legs by bridging loops? No, you can just close the hole at the bottom of the dress and it should hide the top of the legs
