Mod Request: For Rent - Lot Traits Instead of Unit Traits

I don't know how plausible this is but I actually legitimately hate that in rental units you can only have unit traits and challenges instead of lot traits and challenges. I want to use My Little Neighborhood to have an apartment complex and a park, but I can't do that with the way For Rent treats apartment traits and challenges. So I am looking for a mod to either add lot traits and challenges on top of the unit ones, or to replace unit traits and challenges with lot ones.
