Skeletal Skin Overlay or Mask?

I'm making a sim of a character that is like skeletally thin in canon. Ribs showing, sternum showing, shoulder blades prominent... that kind of skinny. But I can't find any skins for a male sim that don't make him look buff AF.

Does anyone know where I can find one? Or, if anyone is so tempted, can make one?
