wcif or request: school bus override for historical sims

I was wondering if there was a school bus override that worked better with ancient Korean or Chinese game play for a scholar academy. I came across this link: modthesims.info/d/276714/npc-schoolbus-replacement.html that has a bus override for the Sims 2. I'd like to find an override for the sims 4. I would also like to find "bikes" and "cars" that would work better for the time.
