Hi! I recently got a new computer and had imported all my save files and custom content into my sims 4 game directly from my old computer, and in addition, I reinstalled S4S. It runs fine but the issue is that S4S is not showing my custom content correctly. The model is not there, and it's just a blue, buggy screen. This didn't happen on my previous computer, so I don't know what I did wrong. Here's a video of my issue:

If won’t help and you have a laptop, check if it has the mux switch, if yes, disable it. If won't help and you have nvidia graphic card, try this. If intel, this.
