Is it possible to use Sims 4 Studio on Steam Deck (Linux)?

I installed The Sims 4 through the Steam Store, which uses EA Play to run it. EA play loaded up then installed all my mods from origin. I installed The Sims 4 Studio by

• adding the installer as a non-steam game
• running it with proton experimental compatibility
• then pointing the non-steam game target and directory to sims 4 studio

In Sims 4 Studio, I set the location of the Sims 4.exe and the documents folder after it couldn't find them, then restarted. When I tried to make a CAS override, the list of CAS objects was empty.
