Hi i need help, i'm planning on converting a bed with multiple texture. the problem is that i don't want to merge it textures because it will reduce it quality , so i made a package in S4S studio with 7 textures, i'm stuck in weight transfer, is it okay to weight transfer even if the object has a lot of mesh groups? i mean i need to select the EA mesh and all the parts of my mesh and then weight transfer is it ok ?? i undderstand that is not necessary an object have a 7 textures but the objects is very high quality. so the mattress is divided into 2 different parts (2 mesh groups) and the bed headboard has 4 parts and an other part. hope you help me.

Hi. You can join them, transfer weights, then split Or you could transfer them individually

Well, if the original meshgroup is not affected by those bones, you'll have to add them to the rig. Maybe this will not align with what is said in the tuning
You could just make a very big image ( 4096X4096, for example ) and combine all those textures into one without jumping over hoops. Its not like you would be looking at every detail up close

Apologies, but my knowledge on the subject of object making are surface-level. I assume that you would need to edit the rig in s4s, not just blender. And that would result in problems with animations
