sim floating in pose

I seem to have created a problem that I'm not sure how to fix.

This is the first pose I made and I seem to have messed up with how I was moving one of the models about- I move one of them below the red line, and now they're floating when I test it. I know now that I should have been using the b_root_bind bone while moving them but I can't seem to fix the error as the sim still floats in the game.
