I am trying to make a CAS hat with transparency, but unlike the opaque parts, the second part with the transparency will not import despite following countless threads. Package fileBlend fileMisc Info: 1. S4S version: 3.2.0.3 (Star) 2. Blender version: 3.3.2 3. What I would like to be fixed: I'd like for the second meshpart to show up. Threads I've followed: 1. 2.----- ----- This is how it's supposed to look like: (The light grey part of the helmet is the transparent part.) And this is how it looks like in CAS and in-game: (S4S preview) (In-game) Thank you in advance for whoever possibly ends up helping!

Hi. Can’t check the file right now, but try this: - clone glasses, export the blend, open; - select lenses and check what cut number they have; - back to your blend, give the transparent part the same cut as the lenses. Give the opaque part a different cut. So if the transparent part has 0000, give the opaque one 0001; - make sure both are visible, save, import into a package started from glasses, recategorize

You need to edit ExcludePartFlags. If my memory serves me well, it’s 8, so type in 8 in that field

It worked for the head, thank you so much! :D
If I wanted to make it so that any hairstyle or face accessories the sim has on automatically does not also show, is that possible? Or will they have to manually remove those themselves?

It is possible. You can find an item that already does it (those alien heads from Star Wars, for example), copy the number and paste it
