Mod request/project: GtW/EP01 illness symptoms in notebook

The Doctor career is fun but challenging, especially because there is no in-game log of what symptoms go with which illness. Both the Scientist and Detective careers in Get to Work have notebook entries, so why not Doctors? I'd love to have a mod that created notebook entries listing the symptoms of each illness.

(I've attempted several variations to put this information in-game with little success, but I'm more of an "edit code that already exists" modder. That being said, I would love to collaborate and learn!)
