wcif Mod that lets you organize into folders while .......

.... in the game playing the game not outside of the game the Buy Mode objects both cc and game into folders?  Not tags in s4s either.  A way I can look at the object inside of the game with the game open and go yeah that belongs  into a folder titled -KidsToothbrushes- and be allowed to make a folder within the game itself full of kid's toothbrushes?  Anyone make something like that ever?

Some will think I am asking for Twisted Maxy's mod.  I am not.  I am asking to make my own folders myself not someone make them for me.  A mod that lets me catagorize everything myself.
