Modding request: Functional medical equipment on any lot

Im not sure if its already been done or even possible, but can someone make medical equipment from get to work, work on any lot or atleast any lot related to hospitals, Like LittleMsSam's More Buyable Venues and new Venue Types medical clinic. being able to work with the machines without the need for a medical referral would also be nice but not necessary if its too hard.
