Modding request: Writing travel guides

The idea is just that, being able to write travel guides. A deep.indigo has mad a great writing overhaul mod and I thought it might be fun to be able to write travel guides (maybe submitted with a few photos). The end result could be a book with maybe a few randomised buffs, like Inspired to travel, Tense because you haven't travelled in a while, Happy because the exotic place looks fun etc
