I created a bracelet just for toddlers (no conversion) but I am having the hardest time finding a basegame item to clone.

Hi. - clone a hat, export the blend, open, delete the hat itself; - append your bracelet; - expand the rig, make top selectable; - select your bracelet, add Data transfer, choose top as Source object; - enable Vertex data, then Vertex groups, choose Nearest face interpolated; - enable Face corner data, then UVs, then uv_1, then Nearest face interpolated; - click on Generate data layers; - apply; - create a new color attribute like this, choose 007F00; - give 0000 cut, save, import in s4s; - in the warehouse tab choose Region map, then Edit items. Change the first entry to Rightwrist, level to 350, delete the second entry; - recategorize as a bracelet

The bracelet needs to receive weights and uv_1 from the area of the body it covers. It received it from something else Re-transfer both weights and uv_1 from the top under the rig, not anything else

That worked out well thank you. I saw you circled the filter section in blender but I thought it meant to make sure I'm looking at the same screen as pictured in the photo you posted lol. I had no idea I could even make the selectable arrow appear in blender 3.6 lol but I got it now. If I would like to have my bracelet available for the right wrist as well will I need to make a new package or can I just edit that in the warehouse regionmap area?

No, you'll need to re-do everything: - open the blend, save it under a different name; - switch to Edit mode, select everything, Mesh - Mirror - X global; - Mesh - Normals - flip normals; - retransfer weighrs and uv_1 from the top; - change uv placement in uv_0; - save; - clone a new package, import your blend, change regiontype to a different wrist
