hi, i got the s4s about a week ago to make cc, and decided to start learning how to do it earlier today. at first, everything was working fine, but i soon saw a problem. when i tried to save my cc, it would pop up with a message saying, "unable to save to games folder," or something like that. i tried to fix the problem, and moved my sims 4 game file out of D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin to D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, but this didn't fix the problem, and added on the extra issue that i now cannot see the model when i try to make cc. i'm really frustrated, so if anybody could help it would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Hi. Move the file back in its original location, never do this. You need to change game path in s4s settings to D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\, then restart s4s

edit: i've restarted s4s and i've got a new error message, idk if this'll help but here you go haha: The Sims 4 Studio - Version 3.2.1.3

You seem to be doing something wrong First, please read this instruction fully to see if you’ve done something differently sims4studio.com/post/192873Secondly, just to make sure, you’re not saving anything inside D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4, right? You can save you packages to Documents/Electronic arts/The sims 4/Mods or on D drive. Desktop will also work

Game path is where your game is installed. D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin - wrong D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\ - correct Sims 4 documents is where your Mods folder is. It should look something like this: C:\Users\----\Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\, not the same as your game folder Blender path should lead to blender.exe in your blender installation folder, so something like D:\Blender\blender.exe

S4S needs game assets files, not .exe file that starts the game. Your game assets are in D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\. D:\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Game\Bin contains .exe file.
