Trying to find the XML file to edit the amount of traditions

Hello! I am having an issue with finding a XML file related to how many traditions you can have on custom holidays. I downloaded some mods that add some cool new traditions but it won't let me add more than 5 traditions to each holiday I want to create. I've opened numerous XML files but can't seem to find the right one that shows that. Does anyone know what XML file that would be in OR does anyone know of a mod that allows you to add more than 5 traditions to a holiday?
