Alternative to S4S that only views files and lets you delete

quickly.  This is not an insult of S4S I love this program.  But it lags because it has so much to do.  I just want to see my cc and delete it.  

Sims 4 Mod Manager by GameTimeDev will allow you to quickly move cc around but it does not produce an image for every piece and does not show you the model.  I want to see the piece on the model.  I want it to show me everything like S4S does.  Including Hiders just like S4S.  So I want the dummie model dressed but I do not want to wait forever for it to load in after I delete a package.  If I click delete in S4S there is a long long wait until it's ready to be used again.  I am looking at over thousand items a day I need an instant delete and load to the next item.

Any programs besides S4S, Mod Manager, or Sim Tray Importer that does only a simple view on model and delete file option?  Nothing else.  Emphasis on speed.

I should make a note that I am NOT looking for broken cc.  I am not looking to speed up my game.  I am not trying to find missing content. 

I am judging my content and hiders to decide if I want them or not.  This is different request than the thousands of requests made all over the web.  This is not a cc hunt or a broken fix problem.  This is a view and delete what I don't like instantly on a model not curseforge thumbnails problem.
