Hi. There is the left and the right side of the body, which move independently from each, so weights must be re-done. With how morphing works in ts4, you must also mirror uv_1. Do it like this: - select the strap in edit mode; - press Shift D, then Enter; - Mesh -Mirror - X axis; - Mesh - Normals - flip normals; - P - selection to separate this strap; - select the strap, add data transfer; - choose the garment (from which you separated the strap) as Source object; - enable Vertex data, then Vertex groups, choose Nearest face interpolated; - enable Face corner data, then UVs, then uv_1, then Nearest face interpolated; - apply; - with the strap selected, switch to Edit mode, select everything(important); - If using blender 2.76-2.79, 3.6.1, Tolls - Weights tools - Clean with All groups, then Likit total - if using other versions, just Mesh - Weights - Limit total - then just join the strap back to your garment

Once your strap mesh is selected, press P and choose "by selection"

Yes, you open the files that you shared with us and follow along
Correction: choose « Selection », separate is the name of the menu 3d view is where the model is. See where « Selection » is in the pic? Press P while you cursor is in that window
you can hover your cursor over circled buttons to see their names
