Hey there, all. I'm desperately needing someones help in troubleshooting this issue. I have been using blender versions 2.70, 2.79, and ts4 studio (wishes) for years now with no troubles at all. Unfortunately, just recently, my computer died ,so I ended up getting a new one. So been going through all the motions of downloading and installing all my old programs all with the exception of ts4 studio (which this time I opted to download "stars" because of all the pack updates it has available). In setting up both versions of blender, they worked at first, (I think it was after a driver update) then suddenly I can't open 2.70 at all. I've tried installing version 3.3 and then using the .exe for 2.76, and 2.76 won't even open the same issue I was having with 2.70. I'm really at a loss here as I need the older version to make the proper cut numbers for the hair I'm making. If someone could please offer any assistance, it would be most appreciated!

Hi. Both 2.7 and 2.76 are very old, just delete them. If you want to stay in 2.7x, get 2.79. However, s4s star supports blender 3.3-3.6.7, 4.1, so you can just use them. Make sure to properly re-configure s4s so that the plugin is added to the new blender Then clone and export any maxis hair, open the blend, delete the original, append your hair in the scene, assign cuts. Do not open old blends in new blender, append them instead
