hi guys. someone know whats happening here? when on blender the hair looks perfect, but on sims 4 studio no. :( I tested it, and it's also bad in the game. I thought the normals was messed up but they are correct, I tried importing without making the backfaces, but it didn't work. I tried "merge by distance" to see if there was an error in the mesh (double vertices), but it is perfect. I don't know what to do anymore. I tried to import another hair that I made in the blender, and it also had the same triangulated appearance. I tried importing it into milkshape and it's perfect there too. :* I do not know what else to do.

Hi. There’s something wrong with s4s reception of blender’s triangulate modifier when transparency is involved (or something like this) Basically, the only way of getting rig of this issue is to: - select your mesh in blender, export it as .obj, enable Selection only; - import it again, re-transfer all the data from the original; - delete the original; - at no point can you quadrangle the mesh, it must stay triangulated
