Hi. This is controlled with Dmaps and S4S does not offer the ability to create or edit them, so you’d need S4 Morphmaker for it. It would be best to ask at modthesims about how to do that, though.
Alternatively, you could remake the default body to morph better, but that would be very difficult, considering one cannot preview morphing in blender
