Missing Files when Unmerging CC

So, I have a merged package and when I unmerge it the only thing generated is the description of what is unmerged. All of my other merged packages will unmerge and I am not getting an error that it was merged with an older version of S4S. Is there any way to fix this?

All of the other merged files were merged at the same time and unmerge correctly.
