Requesting a totally new, more detailed smoking mod for Sims

Hi, i'm looking for somebody who can make an more detailed smoking mod for Sims 4 or make it with me (I'm new to modding, so you have to teech me).
I know there is one in Basemental Drugs, but it's an very limited and outdated mod. In my opinion, we really need a new, more-more detailed smoking mod with more settings and animations.
Here is my plan:
For first, the mod need to have an custom panel where we can change settings about smoking (for example, strength of smoking (if we smoke a lot of cigarette for the frist time, chances you can die, etc)). Also in Basemental, sims just can smoke if they are sitting, or standing. They can't smoke when they doing something (reading, using computer, mobile, or just walking/running). The mod needs to allows smoking at activities, that i said before. Also would be cool if the mod have more smoking postions (like more style of smoking poses), and an thing that allow other modders to make new animations. Of course, more type of cigarettes&packs!
I want this initiative to remain active, and become the new mod. Perhaps, others also wanted something similar, but it never materialised. I hope you like my idea.
