[Modding Request] Custom Crystals and Effects

With the release of Crystal Creations, I was trying to figure out how to do it myself, but my eyes just... Glazed over trying to remember how this all worked.
Regardless—I figure this would be a good place to at least generate ideas since I know that I'm not the only one that's probably thought of the idea (especially since some occults got left out). So without any further adieu, here's the request!
I'm hoping to get additional effects into the system with potentially new crystals and minerals, though it's not a requirement! If it's in the realm of possibility, I'll list it for the lore/vibes™, but again—it's in no way, shape, or form, necessary and could be placed on crystals that'd fit the theme of The Sims 4 in general. This is more of a 'general' list of the content I usually frequent, but I'm also trying to keep it in the vein of 'vanilla' without other gameplay mods given that there's nuance there with other effects! This isn't a complete list by any means, but hopefully to get some kind of ball rolling in this department, especially if someone can post a tutorial on some step-by-steps and a template!
I was additionally thinking of things like charging wands (for custom wandmaking) and crystal balls, but I'm thinking that's probably something for the late future as I can't even begin to think on how I'd approach that at the moment, haha!

The effects are (while charged on a crystal grid);
• Vampires: Immunity to Daylight (2 days) (Lapis Lazuli, Sapphire)
• Vampires: Bonus to Powers, similar to spellcasters with the moonstone (2 days) (Bloodstone, Ruby)
• Vampires: Vampire Resistance, similar to the drink (2 days) (Sunstone, Amber, Citrine)
• Werewolves: Better results with Scavenger (2 days) (Amazonite)
• Mermaids: Hydration decays slower, similar to vampires with the moonstone, (2 days) (Aquamarine, Sapphire)
• Mermaids: Bonus to Powers, similar to spellcasters with the moonstone (2 days) (Aquamarine, Sapphire)
• Spellcasters: Spell Immunity, makes it where ANY spells don't affect the wearer or an area (2 days) (Selenite, Jade)
• Spellcasters: Curse Eater, makes it where it slowly depletes your Overcharge meter. If you gain a curse, it will consume the crystal charge to avoid it. (2 days) (Labradorite, Citrine, Quartz)
• Ghosts: Spiritual Ward, similar to garlic and vampires except with ghosts (other than Guidry and Temperance for gig balancing) (2 days) (Selenite, Jet)
• Plant-Sims: Can use moonlight as food (2 days) (Sunstone, Amber)
• Paranormal: Like hematite and death, this would use the entire charge when offering your soul to specters (2 days) (Labradorite, Hematite)
• Paranormal: "Soothes" a haunted house (Tranquility alternative) (2 days) (Amethyst)
• Gardening: Better results with garden-specific interactions (2 days) (Jasper, Emerald)
• Fishing: Better results with fishing-specific interactions (2 days) (Aquamarine, Citrine)
