I'm not able to export any files using this version of sims4studio, whenever I try nothing comes out and I keep trying several times until I can do it. am I doing something wrong?  |

Hi. Delete your sims 4 studio folder from Documents, restart s4s, try again

Hey! Im having this issue as well. I tried deleting and redownloading issue stills occurred. I think you misunderstood and deleted the wrong folder. There is one Sims 4 Studio folder that contains program files and .exe. It is located in Program files or wherever you installed s4s. You do not delete this one. then there’s another folder in Documents specifically. It is created by s4s itself. This is the one you need to delete. This forces s4s to re-index, so you do not need to download or install anything |
