Object doesn't function after re-merging components

Hi forum! I'm attempting some recolors of Pandasama's Toddler Crafting Station. It's a unique object with animations and custom craftables. The package is a merged package that contains the crafting table itself and the craftables. I first attempted to open the package in S4S to add swatches, but the only item I could recolor was one of the craftables (other components were visible in warehouse tab). Then I attempted to unmerge the package and edit the crafting table directly. This looked like it worked fine, I completed my recolors and then re-merged this package with the craftables' packages. It appears that some tuning was lost in that process and the object no longer functions, although my recolors do appear in game.

Is there any way to add swatches to this item without removing functionality? Thanks in advance!
