Import error EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

hi, I need help with sims4studio. When I try to import un table I made, there is a "import error" window who say:
An error occuper important LOD 0 (High)
Error: EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION

This is the first time I see that problem, can someone help me please?
