Recoloring cabinet glass transparency wont work help!

 Hello

I has tired to recoloring a piece of furniture and it has a glass front. When I try to export my file image recolored, the transparency completely disappears! What should I do?

Here is the image the White is supposed to be transparent.
there is 7 LOD's for the cabinets 

My image is PNG! i also did it on Photoshop and it did not work! the transparency wont show! Please i need help i have this issue with several objects!
