I am sorry if I am putting this in the wrong place, but I can't find the info anywhere. I'm very new to all this, I briefly played with it a few years ago when I had blender on my old laptop. I want to know if theres a program besides Blender that I can use with the Sims 4 Studio (wishes) . Potentially one that can be put onto an Ipad? I am okay with doing recolors but I would love to be able to learn to create 3D objects, or alter objects.
Thank you all for your patience with me and for any and all help you can provide.

Hi. S4S relies on game files, you will not be able to create anything without connecting it to the game. Since you cannot install The sims 4 on iPad, you won’t be able to use s4s there (which also cannot be used on iPads) What you can do it use iPad to create images and 3d models only, while doing everything else on the computer. However, for 3d models, you will still need to use blender, so doing this on iPad seems backward.
if your computer cannot run newer versions of blender, you can use older ones (2.7, 2.76-2.79) if you want to use iPad for drawing, you can extract images on your computer, then edit them on iPad, then import back. if your computer lacks space, you can move ts4 or mods folder on external drive

I was just asking as it would be easier for me to create the files on my tablet, then later transfer them to my laptop. I will, however, look into older versions of blender.
Although, how is it "backwards" to work on the 3d models on my tablet, instead of my laptop? It would mean I could work with them on breaks at work.

You will still have to use blender to adapt them, so it is inevitable. Blender is a more powerful and versatile program than anything an iPad can handle, so it makes more sense to stick to it from start to finish instead of learning inferior programs and doing only a portion of work there. Since you have a laptop instead of a desktop, you could just bring it to work with you.
