Make sure that: - youre saving the blend in a version of blender that has a plugin; - youre importing the same blend you shared with us ( everything seems to be fine there ); - that all meshgroups are visible and selectable ( they are in the shared blend ); - that hat chops have correct cuts ( they do in the shared blend ). unrelated to the problem, but you need to re-do how the mesh is adapted. Weights, vertex paint and uv_1 are all wrong

Weights, vertex paint and uv_1 are all wrong Hi, thank you for your answer! This is a giant ooof, I just wanted to add some bangs to the hair. I don't really understand, I have zero experience in weight painting. Is there any way I can just re-do the hair? Add the bangs and such. It wasn't very complicated, but I have no idea what I did wrong. This usually works fine. Edit: This is probably rude, but I don't suppose you'd be willing to fix this for me? I'm completely lost, been at it for a few hours

oh wait, i just noticed that the pic in the first post does not have bangs at all, so that isnt even the right meshgroup - open the blend you shared and check if there is s4studio mesh tools; - if yes, save the blend regardless of whether you made any changes; - clone a new maxis hair and import the blend there; - if wont help, share the package and the blend you imported in it again
You dont need to re-do the mesh, just do what is explained in the linked post, it is fast. The data transfer modifier is the same in new and old versions of blender

www.simfileshare.net/download/4533558/Here is what I just did but I apologize, I'm dumb and my english is failing me, haha. I don't have all the options from that tutorial, the Sims Studio options in blender.

I cannot open your file in Blender 2.7x. Do you have any other version of blender? I have 2.70 and 3.2 installed, but I'm not very familiar with 3.2

Did you open and save this file in 3.2 at any point? If yes, this is the reason why its not importing at all
Do exactly this: - open s4s settings, change blender path to blender.exe in blender 3.2 installation folder; - clone a maxis hair of similar shape ( bangs, covers a portion of the breasts ), export the blend, open it, delete hat chops, rename the remaining one to Reference; - File - Append, find a blend file you shared, choose Object, then choose all s4studio_mesh_, append them; - select the main shape, add data transfer, transfer weights, uv_1 and vertex paint as shown in the linked tutorial; - delete the reference, save the blend, import in the packafe - once done with everything, delete all versions of blender you have, install 2.79, change blender path in s4s, and work only here, dont jump between versions of blender

Click Yes for more information about Blender versions that work with Sims 4 Studio" when I try to export the Maxis mesh

What version of s4s do you have? It says 3.2.1.4 (Star), should I uninstall and download another version?

While it is not up to date, its not the cause of the problem. I suppose 3.2 is no longer supported, so get 4 instead and change the path
