Hi. It can be caused by many reasons: - what version the blender path in s4s settings leads to? - what version of blender are you saving the blend in? - does that version have s4studio mesh tools? - share your blend file

You cannot import the blend into s4s because of jumping between versions of blender. You must work and save the file in the same version that is linked in s4s settings. Do it exactly like this: - delete all versions of blender; - install blender 4; - open s4s settings, change blender path to blender.exe in blender 4 installation folder; - clone a top for toddlers made of one meshgroup, export the blend, open it; - File - Append - mesh(tt).blend - Object - s4studio_mesh_2; - check the cut number, import back into the package.
All of that said, the mesh is not ready to be imported. There is the right side of the body and the left one, both of which display different textures, move and morph differently. When you mirror something, you need to re-do uv_0, uv_1 and weights.
