I really think EA missed an oppurtunity when the didn't put fizzy juice on the restaurant menu. I tried messing around with object tuning and overrides to no avail. Anyway, it would be really cool to be able to serve fizzy juice in restaurants. (It would also be hilarious to have the strange juice in a restaurant that only serves pufferfish nigiri)
