ea's texture shadow wont dissapear on my cc

hi! 

i am trying to make accessory nipple covers (lol) 

i cant seem to understand why when i change the texture of the gloves and erase the part, and put my own on, that it still shows up in cas and removes nails as if my sim is still wearing gloves.

i have another creators cc of the same thing and theirs doesnt do this, i also looked at their file in s4s and it looks like it uses the same base game yellow gloves as i did.

i thought it is because the mesh or something?? but im not too skilled in that part yet. i do have blender installed on my computer.
