i do not know why i.imgur.com/c4KfpyD.pngi used blender2.76 did click on objects>mirror>x global then imported it into sims 4 studio then the problem happened

Hi. The mesh looks like this because normals are facing the wrong direction. When you flip hair, you need to re-do weights, uv_1, possibly uv_0 and all textures as well, so it is not straightforward
