Hey everyone, this is my first time posting here so I apologize in advance if I've done anything incorrectly. :( I normally try to somehow manage by googling stuff instead of asking for help, but I'm at my wit's end here and really desperate, because I just can't figure this out and it just really bothers me cause it seemed like it should have been so simple...
I'm trying to convert the Fizzy Juice bottles from Eco Lifestyle into a deco object, I've cloned the Ancient Typewriter which works fine with the 2 textures the original debug object has and I've adjusted the mesh to fit as well, no problems there. However, I just can't seem to get the transparency and the specular right. I would like the new deco object to look exactly as the debug/drink item, but as you can see in the linked image, the new object on the left has these black pixels around the label and is quite a bit shinier than the original on the right.
On the specular issue: Here I have also imported the original object's specular image, which has normally always worked to make an object look exactly the same, but again as you can see the new object is a lot more shiny, so I'm really baffled as to what is going on here and what I might need to change. I honestly don't even know how to google/search for this at this point. :(
Here are links to the files, including the export of the original debug item for reference:

I'd be extremely grateful for any help at all, and again I apologize if I've done anything incorrectly posting or missed something incredibly obvious. Thank you!

Please ignore the weird shadow, I haven't imported the correct shadow mesh for the new object yet as I was leaving that to when I was finishing up, but the differences should be quite visible regardless.
On the transparency issue: I initially tried following the advice given in this thread to get the label to be transparent. This also gave me the "scraggly black pixels", so since it had been pointed out there that the Phong will give a hard outline, I believed that to be the cause of the black pixels, so instead I looked into the PhongAlpha. I didn't really know what to change here, so essentially I compared the PhongAlpha for both files and changed them to be the same in the new file. Result is the same black pixels, which you can see in the image. I've seen people mention to "make the object use the PhongAlpha shader", but I don't know how to check if it already does or, if not, how to make it do that, and I can't seem to find any threads on how to do this either. I also have no clue if the shader is even the issue at all, or if it's somehow with the texture or the UV map. I've exported everything from the original object and imported the textures as-is, I made no changes to the mesh's UV map either.
