Hello, I am extremely new to working with both 3d modeling, editing models, and generally changing custom content for my liking in the sims4 I have already read up on a few different posts to attempt to remedy my issue, however most of them seem to be using older versions of blender I do not know how to translate the instructions and layout for, and I am simply just that inexperienced in the topic. If possible explain to me what I'm doing wrong like I am 5. Thank you Here is the link to the drive with the .blend file and the .package file Google Drive(I am aware the eyepiece is in the face a tad, i was testing out locations as it was hovering in front of the sims eye and that was not my intention)

Hi. These areas aren't assigned to any bone. How would you want the mesh to behave? To move with lids? Or to stay static? If with lids, you'll need to transfer all data from the headIf static, select it fully and assign it to the head bone Also, you need to split sharp edges
The model in your viewport, it seem to have came from lower lods, so if you need to transfer weights, you should export lod0 first, append your mesh there, then transfer
