World editing in a package file possible?

Hello there!

I've got yet another question regarding world editing. I already changed, added and removed objects in world files so there is no problem here for me. But is it possible to edit parts of the world files like the World Object Data  in a package file which can go into the mods folder?

In Sims4Studio's Game File Cruiser it's possible to import such files (as World Object Data) into a package file, edit and save them. But the changes don't show up ingame although I got the data via Sims4Studio into a package file and put it into the mods folder.


Is there really no way to edit parts of the world files with an override package file?
