Hi! I hope you are well. I've been working on some open flared jeans for almost a month, which have been a lot of work starting with the little space I had left for the jeans' UV (since the legs are visible). ...I improved it a lot because it was giving me errors in the CAS regarding the weight. I watched a video to better understand how weights work and I was able to fix almost the entire problem, but not 100%, and that is because before, the area of the calves would break when the sim walked and when it gained weight; that doesn't happen anymore, but it does break a little when I fatten the legs in the area of the calves. And the truth is, I don't know what else I can do. I'm almost sure it has to do with the Vertex Paint, since I tried using the color that is for skirts #3fff00 in that part that breaks and this time it didn't break as such, but some lines appeared that look like the inside of the jeans. Hi. There are two causes: 1. The legs are too close to pants. Dont make garments too tight in places where body parts cannot be deleted; 2. Too much body remained. You cannot see the back of the calf from any angle, no reason for them to be there in the first place;
Also, never transfer anything to body parts. The legs have torn uvs now.
You should remake the garment starting from MD. Go back, unsubdivide the avatar if it was subdivided, undo remesh ( never use it, it only makes things worse ), raise particle distance ( there is no reason for your garment to have dense topology, there are no folds or wrinkles to preserve), then simply transfer weights from nude legs, no jumping over hoops needed.
