You duplicated this mesh the wrong way and now have overlapping meshes. Since rigging and morphing were not re-made, shoes do not stay in one place in-game and you can see that they overlap
Basically, everything should be re-made from the start
- put the original un-edited package of shoes for children in both C:\Users\---\Documents\
Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods and C:\Users\---\Documents\
Sims 4 Studio\Mods;
- close s4s if opened, open again;
- Create CAS standalone, click CAS, filter by Custom. Shift-select on one swatch to select all, save the new file in C:\Users\---\Documents\
Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Mods;
- switch to Categories tab, change the tag from Child to Female, Apply to all swatches;
- export LOD 0, naming it original.blend;
- clone yfShoes_PumpsHighPointed, export LOD 0, open;
- File - Append - original.blend - Object - s4studio_mesh_1, append;
- select s4studio_mesh_1.001, switch to Edit mode, in UV editor enable sync, press B, select this uv island, in 3d view press Delete, choose Faces;
- change pivot to 3d cursor and disable Limit selection to visible;
- switch to orthographic ( NUM5 ) side ( NUM3) view;
- select everything with A, press G Z, move them up until they are on the line;
- press S, scale the shoes until they fit;
- switch to the front view ( NUM1), press B and select only the right side. Press G X and move until they fit;
- copy this value;
- press Ctrl I to invert selection, press G X, move a bit, then replace the value in this field with the copied one but
without -;
- switch to the side view again, select the maxis shoes. Press C, select the area of shoes yours cover, press Esc to exit selection mode, press Delete; choose Faces;
- select the maxis shoes, then Shift-select cc, in 3d view press Ctrl J to join;
- save, import into that first package you cloned and recategorized;
- add Decimate modifier to your mesh, decimate it just before it start to look weird, File - Save as, name it LOD 1. Continue decimating more and save LOD2 and LOD 3 this way, import them as well
