Hello, I am creating an accessory shawl. I made this rig pretty hard. In blender and sims4studio it looks fine, but in game it has the wrong arm position. I am asking for your help. Thank you in advance! ❣️

Hi. It looks like the shawl isnt rigged. That said, it will not behave the way you want no matter what. The mesh is not dynamic, it will not drape like cloth does in simulation. It is frozen in shape and will move in a jagged manner.
You will understand what i meant once you rig it

It moves well in a blender. In the sims it also moves well when viewed in front. It was broken in the back though, so I smooth the weights and then the shawl moves away from the body. Otherwise, the movement is satisfactory, as long as the shawl does not fly.

The sum of all these values must be no more or less than 1. Delete the head bone from the list of vertex groups completely, it should not be there to begin with It also should not be assigned to calf bones, so delete them as well and normalize weights
