Mac Beta Studio error (SOLVED)

Does anyone know why my sims 4 studio won't open? Every time I try I get an error message saying that "the software needs to be updated and to contact the developer". Even when I do get my sims 4 studio to open, it gives another error message saying that "the path incorrect and that I need to report it". Is there anything I can do to fix this or is it stuck like this for good?
