Hi, I have this dress with 5 LODS and there are parts of it in CAS where they separate, it's more evident when the sim is fat. I'm super frustated because I've tried a million times to solve this but I can't. I believe it's the uv_1 but I imported different references of mesh to transfer it and no one worked. I tried to fix this problem manually in the uv_1 map, and I managed to fix some points, but it didn't fix the whole dress. It's specifically happening in the 3 LODS from the feet to above :( Please somebody help me :( Package file: www.mediafire.com/file/swthfc9ba26zeub/please+help+me.package/fileBlender file: www.mediafire.com/file/rgxta7u1ve4vgth/please_help_me.blend/file

Hi, when you transfer the uv_1 is the mesh already separated into different group? There is uv_1 tearing between the different meshgroup on the lower part of the skirt. When transferring uv_1 it's recommended to transfer to a non separated/ whole mesh first, tidy the uv_1 from any tearing or misplace uv and finally you can cut the mesh into different meshgroup. You can try snapping the uv_1 of the lower skirt together to fix the uv_1 tearing.

Hi. LODs are a different thing, these are meshgroups uv_1 is torn because the reference is split in this area. This issue is headache-y to fix. When you're making edits of maxis clothing, it is best to transfer data only to areas you edited to avoid unnecessary headache. - join all of your meshgroups into one, rename to Garment; - in Edit mode select everything with A and Mesh - Vertices - Remove doubles, with Merge distance set to 0,0001; - in Uv editor enable sync, press B, select all uvs of arms, in 3d view Delete - Faces; - in Uv editor select the front of the dress, in 3d view disable Limit selection to visible, press C, select the front of other uv islands, Esc, P - Selection to separate, rename to Garment_front. - in 3d view press B and select the right parts of the remaining mesh, separate, rename to Reference_back_right, rename the other one to Reference_back_left; - clone dressmaxi, export the blend, append in the scene, join all meshgroups, rename to Reference; - repeat the same process with the reference: remove doubles, delete arms, separate the front, then the back into two, rename all; - transfer uv_1 from Reference_front to Garment_front, then do the same with others; - once done, join all parts of your garment into one, add arms from a top, remove doubles; - split sharp edges, split into meshgroups

It worked! Thank you so much
I'm amazed by how this site still helps people after so many years. I started about 4 years ago and without the existence of this site I would've given up in the first week, for sure.
Thank you!
