Hi. The item you cloned to start a package was made of 6 meshgroups. Your blend has only 2, so only 2 were replaced while other 4 stayed. Also, there is a logic behind how meshes are split, so you need to abide by it. How to fix your issue: - select "nude" meshgroup, in Edit mode select everything with A, Mesh - Merge - By distance; - enable X ray, select all areas of the body covered by clothing, Delete - Faces; - select your garment, delete an existing color attribute, create a new one, choose 00FF00 color; - join the garment with the body, assign 0000 cut; - in s4s filter the catalog by Top, Male, 1 meshgroup, clone something, import your blend in it I see that you used a maxis texture. If your goal is to make maxis match clothing, it is best to just edit existing maxis meshes, not create new ones. Much faster and looks better.
