Hi. Get a .zip file instead of the installer and extract it in Program files or on the d drive, not anywhere else

So it turns out that I'd duplicated all of my CC and had a second mods folder, I must have duplicated it all whilst updating my sims game in order to protect the downloads I had, and perhaps my Sims Studio got confused and refused to work. I've recently gone through my files and deleted all duplicated files, and then tinkered around in my Sims Studio's file location, restarted my computer and it's good as new mobdro.bio/

You need to extract it, then just run

If you're using Windows 11, you may need to right click on the exe and look at the properties. It may have a restriction on it preventing you from opening it because you downloaded it from the internet. You should be able to unclick a box and give yourself permission to run it.

Thank you very much!, It was Windows 11 blocking, I can finally open the exe.
