Before re-transferring any data, separate the body from the garment. The body's data must not be overwritten. It was and now uv_1 is torn, which can result in gaps in-game.
- delete legs so that only the garment remains;
- clone some skintight underwear, export the blend, append it;
- transfer uv_1 from a meshgroup that contains the covered area;
- select that meshgroup, remove doubles, delete all areas that are covered;
- remove doubles on other meshgroups
Also, for the future, pay attention to the polycount. There is no reason for your item to be 3 times more high poly than maxis's most complex ones.
