I have my mesh in blender, i'm using 4.1, and when i try to import into s4studio, i realized i didn't have the library installed. i tried installing io.sims.py manually, but i was given the error message attached. i have blender installed through steam and i have two physical storage volumes, C: and D:. C: is my boot drive and is where my ea documents folder is and D: is where my sims game and blender are stored. I installed the sims through the EA launcher if that matters. i can provide the .blend file as well as the .obj where i sourced it from. does the library even matter, or just the tools? ibb.co/HBC3LM0

Hi. Library is meant to be disabled. You arent meant to enable anything manually. If you do not have s4studio mesh tools in Scene tab, open s4s settings, click on ... and navigate to blender.exe in blender 4.1 folder. After that, export something and check if s4studio mesh tools appeared. If it did, open your file again, assign the cut, import.
